Common questions.

Will we get the same caregiver?

We prioritise consistency so your family can build trust with one primary caregiver whenever possible.

Can you help with personal care?

Yes. Depending on the care plan, support can include hygiene, mobility, companionship and daily activities.

Do you offer overnight care?

Yes. Overnight care can be arranged depending on the patient’s needs and availability.

Is this medical nursing or daily care?

Most families use it for daily support, companionship, mobility, personal care and routine assistance. If clinical nursing is needed we will tell you and cost it separately.

Can I book only a few hours?

Yes. Hourly care works well for families who need cover during work hours, appointments or evenings.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the length of visit, how often you need it, and whether the task requires a nurse or a carer. We quote in writing before anything is booked, never after the visit.

Which areas do you cover?

Homes, villas, apartments and hotels across Dubai, including Marina, JBR, Downtown, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Mirdif, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills and Silicon Oasis, plus Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.

Can you provide live-in elderly care?

Yes. Live-in suits someone who needs presence and occasional help through the day and night. We will tell you honestly whether live-in or rotating shifts fits your case better.

How quickly can care start?

Same-day elderly care is often possible depending on your area and the level of support needed. Message us and we will confirm quickly.

Can you help after a hospital discharge?

Yes. Daily care, mobility help, hygiene support and medication reminders from the day they come home, with clinical nursing coordinated if it is needed.

Can we meet the carer first?

Yes, and we recommend it, particularly for live-in arrangements. Everyone does better when the family has chosen rather than been assigned.
